Department Introduction

  • Planning Department

    The Planning Department is responsible for comprehensively planning the company's overall operations, including creating guidelines, performance management, validating development/production equipment, and planning task assignments.

    Production Management is responsible for delivering products of the required quality on schedule to meet customer demands, as well as overseeing equipment manufacturing, development of manufacturing methods, production planning, outsourcing management, and technical after-sales service.
